We are proud of the delicious meals prepared and served at Parks at Garland Healthcare and Rehab!
Each week, our residents enjoy homemade favorites like meatloaf, fried catfish, chicken fried steak, and roast beef with gravy, along with crisp salads, homemade soups, and plenty of fresh vegetables.
Each new resident who joins us at The Parks at Garland has an opportunity to meet with our dietitian to review their individual nutritional needs. Consultation with medical staff is also part of this process. Any special dietary requirements are then arranged with our kitchen to ensure the resident’s meals conform to their physician’s guidelines.
